Who we are

Rilare (“we”, “us”) is a remote executive-search practice that places executive assistants and operations leaders across Latin America with companies in the United States. For anything on this page, write to info@rilare.com and a person will answer.

What we collect

If you are a company applying for a search

Through our search-application form: your name, your company, your work email, the role and service model you are interested in, and whatever you tell us about the work you want off your plate.

If you are talent applying for a role

Through our role-application form: your name, email, phone number, country, the professional links you provide (for example LinkedIn and a presentation video), your CV or resume, and the experience details you choose to share.

Basic technical information

Like most websites, our host records standard request information (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site running and secure. We keep the site deliberately light, no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking.

Why we use it

• To review your application and decide on the right next step.
• To run a search and, for talent, to consider you for current and future roles.
• To contact you about your application using the details you gave us.
• To meet our legal, accounting, and security obligations.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with the service providers that help us run Rilare, and only so they can perform that service for us:

• Our applicant-tracking and CRM system, where applications and candidate records are stored and managed.
• Our email provider, used to send you replies and confirmations.
• Our website host, which delivers this site and receives form submissions.

Each of these providers processes data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Where it is processed

Rilare serves the United States from Latin America, so your information may be processed in those regions and by the international providers named above. We take reasonable steps to protect it wherever it is handled.

How long we keep it

We keep application data for as long as we need it to evaluate you, to run the relevant search, and to consider you for future roles or engagements. When it is no longer needed, or when you ask us to remove it, we delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. To make any of these requests, email info@rilare.com and we will act on it promptly. Depending on where you live, local law may give you additional rights, which we honor.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how the site is used — which pages people read and which channels bring them here. It sets a small analytics cookie and collects standard usage data. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell this data, and Google Analytics does not store your full IP address. You can opt out with Google’s “Google Analytics Opt-out” browser add-on, or through your browser’s cookie controls. Beyond analytics, we keep the site light: no advertising cookies and no cross-site ad tracking.

Children

Rilare is a service for businesses and working professionals. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle your information, we will post the updated notice here and change the date at the top.
